Mission Statement
Rollin’ Fresh provides fresh produce, educational programs, and positive service to the Bay Area. We strive to promote and contribute to the health and future of the community.
The Team
Rollin’ Fresh was founded by a team of USF seniors inspired to start a project that made a community, social, and environmental impact. By combining our strengths and supporting each other to bolster our weaknesses, we’ve created a driven and dynamic team.
Allison Lee – Educational Director
“I’ve had such an amazing learning experience attending USF. I want to create a service that contributes to the values USF taught me, change the world from here. With Rollin’ Fresh, I believe we can make a difference in our community.”
- San Francisco native that values and embraces San Francisco’s history, culture, and values.
- Business and education centered background and experience with public schools, YMCA, and the Food Bank.
Amanda Lim – Creative Director
“One of my biggest motivators in life is to apply what I’ve learned to make a difference–whether it be for one person or many. With Rollin’ Fresh, I am passionate about making this become a reality, and be the beginning of projects created in a lifetime of learning.”
- Grew up in the Bay Area and has personally seen the disparity in neighborhoods due to gentrification.
- Experienced in accounting, marketing, graphic design, online business, and is enthusiastic to make a community impact!
Johanna Dahan – Community Outreach Director
“Living in Oakland, it’s very hard for me to have access to fresh and healthy products. I’d love to have a real impact on my community by changing the way people shop and eat.”
- Lives in Oakland and understands the lack of access to groceries stores within walking distance.
- Was a board member in a non-profit organization aiming to educate children about healthy food.
Vicky Chan – Operations Director
“Growing up in San Francisco, I want to be able to give back to the San Francisco community. I appreciate the convenience and opportunities the city’s given me. In return, I would like to give them something too. ”
- Born and raised in San Francisco and values healthy eating and educating communities of a healthy lifestyle.
- Has experience in organizing events, advertising, and marketing strategies.
